Come together with friends, family, and neighbors to celebrate everything that makes Chancellor a great place to live! Chancellor Days is packed with fun, music, and community spirit — don’t miss a minute!
Chancellor Bar• 9:00 PM – Karaoke Kick-Off Party
Warm up your vocal cords and kick off the weekend with a night of singing and laughs!
Chancellor Event Center (Daytime)• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Car Show – Admire a lineup of classic and custom cars. Registration at 9am.
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Vendor Fair – Shop local and support small businesses.
• 2:30 PM – BINGO – Fun for all ages. $20 Card for 20 games.
• 2:45 PM – Bean Bag Tournament – Grab a partner and join the friendly competition.
Chancellor Main Street (Evening)• 8:00 PM – Midnight – Street Dance – Dance the night away under the stars with live music, food, and drinks!

We need Vendors for our Chancellor Days Craft & Vendor Show!
Saturday, July 12 from 10am – 2pm. The Annual Car Show will be in the lot beside the Event Center so there will be lots of traffic.
• Artists, Crafters, Bakers, Vendors, Independent Consultants are welcome.
• We will limit independent consultants to one booth per company. (Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.)
• Independent consultants please check with me before you pay your booth fee.
• $20 for a 10×10 booth or $30 for a 15×10 booth. Chairs provided. Pre-payment is REQUIRED to reserve your booth. We will fill the gym first, then the classrooms.
• Booth set up from 8-10am. Please unload, then move your vehicle to the fenced in north parking lot.
• Concessions and adult beverages available.
• Non-refundable payment via Venmo or check mailed-in is required to a reserve space.

Last Chance Holiday Show
Join us for our Last Chance Holiday Show! Saturday, December 21st from 10am – 3pm. We will have a wide variety of vendors available to help you complete your last minute Christmas shopping!
$1 gets you in the door and signs you up for all the door prizes!

11am – Christmas BINGO $5/card

We need Vendors for our Last Chance Holiday Show!
Saturday, December 21st from 10am – 3pm.

Vendors need to bring a $10-20 door prize. These will be drawn and announced throughout the day.
Limited tables are available to rent for $5 & $10 per table. Chairs provided.
Vendor setup 8-10am. Concessions available.

December Dart Tournament Saturday, December 7, 2024
Join us on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 9am when darts will fly! We are holding the 12th Annual December Dart Tournament at the Chancellor Event Center, Chancellor, SD. Concessions and full bar available.

• 501 Four Person Teams
• $120.00 Entry Fee ($40 green fees, $80 payback)
• Need Averages For Divisions
• All Players Must Have PPD
