Wine, Women & Roses: Spring Shopping Event on May 3rd
Celebrate the special women in your life at our Wine, Women & Roses: Spring Shopping Event on Friday, May 3rd! Just in time for Mother’s Day, this unique shopping event will feature an array of handcrafted goods, specialty gifts, and local vendors offering one-of-a-kind items perfect for moms, grandmothers, and all the amazing women in our lives.
As a special treat, the first 50 women through the door will receive a free rose—a token of appreciation for all the love and care they give.
With an exciting mix of artisans, small businesses, and vendors, guests can shop for jewelry, home décor, beauty products, gourmet treats, and more. Whether you’re searching for the perfect Mother’s Day gift or just want to enjoy a fun day out, this event is the perfect place to find something special.
We will be hosting BINGO at 11am. BINGO cards are just $5 each with 100% payback.

Spring Event Vendor Info
We need Vendors for our Wine, Women & Roses: Spring Shopping Event on Friday, May 3rd from 10am – 2pm.
Artists, Crafters, Bakers, Vendors, Independent Consultants are welcome.
We will limit independent consultants to one booth per company. (Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.)
$30 for a 10×10 booth or $45 for a 15×10 booth.
Booth set up from 8-10am
Vendors need to bring a $10-20 door prize. Each vendor will give out a prize ticket (we will have them printed up) to 1 customer during the day, ensuring that the winner is there to pick up their prize and take it home. When the customer brings the ticket to the prize table they will draw a number from a fish bowl for a random prize.
Limited tables are available to rent for $5 narrow table & $10 banquet table. Chairs provided.
Vendor setup 8-10am. Concessions available.

Last Chance Holiday Show
Join us for our Last Chance Holiday Show! Saturday, December 21st from 10am – 3pm. We will have a wide variety of vendors available to help you complete your last minute Christmas shopping!
$1 gets you in the door and signs you up for all the door prizes!

Join us on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 9am when darts will fly! We are holding the 12th Annual December Dart Tournament at the Chancellor Event Center, Chancellor, SD. Concessions and full bar available.

• 501 Four Person Teams
• $120.00 Entry Fee ($40 green fees, $80 payback)
• Need Averages For Divisions
• All Players Must Have PPD
